  2. Eligibility for Return:
    Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, accessories, and packaging intact.
  3. Seller Responsibility:
    If a product is delivered wrong, defective, or damaged due to packaging or shipment issues, the seller will bear all associated costs for return or replacement.
  4. Non-Eligible Returns:
    Returns will not be accepted for items that are used, tampered with, physically damaged by the buyer, or show signs of wear and tear.
  5. Non-Returnable Categories:

  6. Electronics & Gadgets:
    These products are generally eligible for replacement only, subject to warranty terms and Quality Check (QC) approval.
  7. B2B, Wholesale & Import Orders:
    Bulk, wholesale, or import orders are governed by separate return and replacement terms, clearly mentioned on the respective product pages.
  8. Refund & Replacement Process:
    Refunds or replacements will be initiated only after QC verification and approval of the returned item.
  9. Policy Updates:
    Brandwin.in reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time, in alignment with marketplace standards and applicable laws.
