2️⃣ Logo (If Available)

✔️ Brand logo in JPEG / PNG / PDF format
✔️ Logo should be clear and readable

 

3️⃣ Applicant Aadhaar Card

✔️ Aadhaar card of: Individual owner, Partner / Director (if company or firm)                                                                                          

4️⃣ Applicant PAN Card (Mandatory)

✔️ PAN card of the applicant
✔️ For companies, company PAN may be required                                                                                                                           

5️⃣ Business Registration Proof (If Any)

✔️ Any one of the following (if available): GST Registration Certificate, MSME / Udyam Certificate, Company Incorporation Certificate, Partnership Deed                                                                                                                   

6️⃣ Authorization Letter (If Applicable)

✔️ Required when: Trademark is filed through an authorized agent, Applicant is a company / partnership.
