Brandwin Metrics Policy

  1. Introduction

At Brandwin.in (BWM), we believe in maintaining a fair, transparent, and disciplined marketplace for all sellers and buyers. To achieve this, we have established Brandwin Metrics, a performance monitoring system that tracks seller activity, service quality, and compliance with policies. These metrics ensure that sellers deliver consistently high standards while protecting customer trust and the Brandwin.in platform.

  1. Definition of Brandwin Metrics

Brandwin Metrics refers to the structured performance evaluation system designed to:

  • Track seller behavior and order performance.
  • Identify gaps such as delays, cancellations, or poor service.
  • Ensure sellers follow all platform rules, legal standards, and quality benchmarks.

Each seller’s activity is recorded, analyzed, and reflected in their Seller Dashboard, where reports can be reviewed anytime.

  1. Metric Tracking & Reporting System

Sellers are evaluated using measurable indicators, including but not limited to:

  • Order Cancellations (seller-initiated or avoidable)
  • Late Dispatches (failure to ship within committed timelines)
  • Return & Refund Difficulty (high return ratios, poor handling of disputes)
  • Product Quality Complaints (misrepresentation, damages, or defects)
  • Customer Service Failures (non-response, repeated complaints)

All sellers have access to their Seller Performance Dashboard, which includes:

  • Real-time tracking of their order and service performance.
  • Monthly and quarterly performance reports.
  • Notifications of warnings, penalties, or suspensions.
  1. Penalty Structure

Non-compliance with Brandwin Metrics will attract strict penalties. Penalties are structured in slabs to match the severity of the violation:

  • Minor Violations (first-time cancellation, late dispatch, etc.) → ₹150 per case.
  • Moderate Violations (repeated cancellations, high returns, multiple customer complaints) → ₹200–₹500 per case.
  • Severe Violations (fraudulent listings, counterfeit goods, policy breaches, legal violations) → Higher penalties, suspension, or permanent removal from Brandwin.in.

⚠️ Note: All penalties will be deducted directly from settlements or invoiced separately if required.

  1. Seller Responsibility Statement

By registering and selling on Brandwin.in, sellers agree to the following responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and stock details.
  • Ensure timely order fulfillment and professional packaging.
  • Handle customer complaints, refunds, and returns with transparency.
  • Regularly monitor their Seller Dashboard for reports and performance alerts.
  • Remain compliant with B2B, B2C, Import, and Export policies applicable to their category.
  • Accept accountability for any violation of Brandwin Metrics.

Failure to comply may result in penalties, suspension, or termination of seller access without prior notice.

  1. Policy Updates & Revisions
  • Brandwin.in reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions, including penalties, charges, and reporting criteria, at any time.
  • All updates will be published on the official Seller Policy Page.
  • It is the seller’s duty to regularly review these updates and stay informed.
  • Continued use of Brandwin.in’s services will be deemed as acceptance of revised terms.
