How to register as a Seller?

Start with Brandwin.in Seller Registration.
To begin registering as a seller on Brandwin.in, please go to brandwinsellers.in and click ‘Start Selling’ to create your account.

If you don’t have a customer account on Brandwin.in

If you don’t have a customer account simply click on ‘Sign up’ on Brandwin.in. Provide your name, mobile number, email address, and create a password. Then, click on ‘Continue’.
Enter GST number

When you sign in, you will need to enter your Goods and Services Tax (GST) number.
Verify GST number
After entering your GST number, kindly upload the GSTIN certificate (Reg-06 with Annexure A and Annexure B). Make sure the documents are in PDF, JPG, or DOC formats and do not exceed 10MB. Once uploaded, proceed with the rest of the registration process and click on the ‘Register’ button. Expect to receive an email notification about the verification results within 72 hours.
Enter Store Name
Give your Brandwin.in store a unique name to make it reach out. This is the name that customers will see on Brandwin.in web-portal as identifying your company.
Enter Pickup Address
You must then fill out the pick-up address information in the next step. If you get product shipments from this address for client orders, we will pick them up (or have someone else pick them up).

The address that appears on your GST is already available for selection. Enter the address by selecting “Update Address” under account settings on the Seller Dashboard if you would want your products to be picked up at a different place. It is necessary to confirm that the pickup address is located in the same state where the GST is registered.

Next, the next step is selecting a shipping method. Here are the shipping methods available for delivering products to your customers:
1.Easy Ship
With Easy Ship, you have the convenience of storing and packing your orders at your designated pickup location, while Brandwin.in takes care of the picking and delivering process to your customers. It’s important to note that additional charges, like weight handling fees and pick-and-pack fees, apply for this service. In the case of selecting Easy Ship, you will need to determine how shipping and delivery costs will be managed. You have the option to either integrate delivery fees into the product price, providing customers with free delivery, or keep the delivery charges distinct from the product price.
2.Self Ship
When choosing for self-shipment, you undertake the responsibilities of storing, packing, and shipping your products independently or can choose for third-party services to handle the delivery to your customers.
Add Bank Account
First, you need to enter the information of your current bank account. Please input the details of the bank account associated with your business.

All earnings from online sales on Brandwin.in will be deposited into this bank account.
Selecting the Appropriate Tax Rate
The GST rate or Product Tax Code (PTC) represents the tax rate designated by the government for each category. This rate signifies the percentage of taxes that apply to the sale of products or services within that specific category.

It is the responsibility of the seller to calculate the GST rate or product tax code (PTC) for their product listings. This process involves selecting the tax percentage based on the nature of the product and its value.
List Your Products
To start listing your products, click on ‘Add products and start selling.’ This initial step is mandatory for launching your store on Brandwin.in. In this section, you can provide important details about your products such as Clarity Images, Features, Specifications, Descriptions, and pricing, allowing potential customers to view what you offer on Brandwin.in. Creating at least one product listing is necessary to successfully kick off your store on Brandwin.in.
